Designed by Virginia San Fratello and Ronald Rael of Emerging Objects.  As air moves through the 3D printed brick, the water that is held in the micro-pores of the ceramic evaporates, bringing cool air into an interior environment, lowering the temperature using the principle of evaporative cooling.

Creighton University Professor of Achaeology Erin Averett scanned the original limestone object in Cyprus.  Tethon 3D printed the digital file in stoneware with an ivory underglaze.
